Injury Prevention
and Rehabilitation
All E.T.S. exercise programs are written by Sports Scientists or
Exercise Instructors who hold you’re continued well being as a
paramount consideration and all incorporate a degree of injury
prevention measures. Additionally we can provide specific injury
prevention education to allow you to achieve your physical goals
by advising on the most efficient ways of training while
reducing your potential for injury. If you are injured our
resident Chartered Physiotherapist will diagnose and treat you while our
Sports Science Team will implement your rehabilitation program
ensuring the quickest return to full physical performance.
